All quiet on the Osprey front but all delighted to be able to watch the NEW nest on the NEW cam. Thanks to all for the hard work erecting / installing both. You derserve a sucessful breeding pair this year for your efforts.
Some people think Ospreys are a matter of life and death. I don't like that attitude. I can assure them it is much more serious than that.

Trouble is, the new cam gives a totally different "quality" picture from last year's, when we only had the PTZ. We'll only be able to tell if Axel turns up and they know each other

Gosh you really are 'all seeing scylla'
This Chaffinch (Richard ) was overlooked in favour of the Osprey - it was there while the Osprey was on the campost, judging by the bumps - it didn't sing
Snow or merely deeeep frost?
A beautiful snowy scene at Loch Garten this morning
