2021 return dates: LM12 (Laddie) - 21st March; NC0(16) - 25th March
Laddie and NC0 were an exceptional team during 2021, successfully raising two very feisty and well fed juveniles, LR1 and LR2. LR2 was sighted in Southern Spain on 3.9.21 and again on 25.10.21
2022 marks Laddie's 11th breeding year, NC0's 3rd, and very much hope that our wonderful pair have a safe, spring migration back to this stunning nest location at Loch of the Lowes.

She was up again at 22:38. Unsure if she was spooked by something because she flapped her wings and stared intently
22:45 She lay down again

Lynette D said:She has just had another break, getting up and flapping about. seems very restless, could she be about to lay or have we one already.
Hi Lynette,
Yes, she's been very restless. No egg as yet. She's been sitting for 4 hours now, almost to the minute. She even refused a headless fish delivery from Laddie pre-dusk.
23:20 She's up again
23:23 Dozing
Hopefully, there'll be an egg by morning.
I'm signing off now. Goodnight

00:17 she checked the nestcup:
Severl flaps towards at the back before flying:
Returned!
She''s been steadfastly looking out towards the Loch or the birch, this was a moment we saw her face just now:
Laddie's here with some nest material - no, FISH !!! !!! !!! Must be leftover. She's collected it but not going anywhere.
EDIT - 06:02 she flew with fish.
Someone's on duty nice 'n early, first a zoom on the nestcup then a look out to the birch:
Someone's there, must be NC0? We didn't stay long enough to ascertain it's definitely an Osprey, not a corvid.
