Start of a new year so start of a new thread.
I have changed the title slightly.
It could be a momentous year when, hopefully, our resident Ospreys return.

Yes, the sun either puts the whole cam in black shadow or causes glare - but it won't go on all day. I suppose that if they could have tipped the cam up a bit they would have.
I must mention that you are in my bad books over the Stonechat audio. I knew I wouldn't be able to hold it in for long

Oh no, now I'm confused - how come this lowered itself into view @ 07:46 when we had the delivery @ 08:15?
I have to reboot - am all seized up...

You may be in good (bad?) company Richard. I fear scylla has perhaps been upset by an unintentional ignoring of a video of a stonechat on the Loch Garten thread which was posted a few days ago and which I saw 'en passant'. I have now watched it and thank you for posting! I am slightly disadvantaged at present on two counts. One is covid...the other is as I've said, I'm only getting notifications of posts some considerable time after they've been posted. Indeed, I've just liked a post from 1973. I hope normal service will be resumed on both fronts in due course
Have you got covid, KORKY?
Sorry for being a diva, but it was what you didn't say... equals anything! And I was so proud to have picked it up in advance of the bird's appearance and amplified it, so I was - not "expecting", more like "demanding" that you noticed.

(I'm going to be late getting started in the morning, it's been a hard day.)

05:48 first one was in, the second a bit later. I didn't see any early successful mating attempts, but attempts there were. It's a vile morning for the birds:
