    Annette, I love your description of your OH's idea of exercise. My OH does go out for walks, but needs to find a seat for a rest before returning home.

    CC, I also like the first video and the music. I am hopeless at dancing, but that looks fun and something even I could do.

    As always, I enjoy your pics of Wales, Lindy. It must be good to stay so near the coast, and have those lovely walks (with cafe's en route).

    Thanks also for your bird photos Clare. You are really good. I look forward to more from your holiday.
