EE: Huge fat hugs from here for OG (and you!) and I also can imagine hospital food and routine is not sitting well. Let's hope they can get her sorted as quickly as possible. Is the hospital local? Tell her Hi from all of us on here. Meanwhile, take care of yourself and J. SunnyKate: Thanks for the tip on inserting the "J" :-)
Limpy: Good to see you. I hope Clare doesn't take your healthy hospital appetite as a reflection on her cooking. :-)
Ms. D and I are off to see my grandson for the day; just up the road in Arroyo Grande.
Wow, it's been hot here - retired to lay on the bed after lunch where it was coolest. This morning we went on a nearby beach and it was the most crowded we've ever seen it - people setting up camp seemingly for the day, but glad to see that those with children had some sort of tent or shelter from the sun as there is none there otherwise.
The view across the sands as the tide was just turning.
View of the crocosmia we planted a few years ago, from our decking. There is now a massive buddlea behind it which smells divine now it's blossoming.
PAT - I loved looking at Polesden Lacey. Thank you again.
