What a lovely memory for you, Patily
Yes, Wonderful memories for you, Patily. We, too, saw Telyn/3J and her family at Rutland in 2013--our first ever visit to see UK Ospreys in person and it was definitely a thrill. That was her father 5R's last year at Manton Bay; he did not return in 2014 and there was that fight for control of the nest between brothers 28 and 33. I cannot wait for there to be a thriving family at Poole Harbour--they will then be the closest nesting Ospreys to where we live, unless, of course, a pair settles on a new platform at Fishlake Meadows, once there actually is a platform there. Fingers crossed. We did see Telyn's brother 1J at Fishlake Meadows on one of his migrations.
Kind regards, Ann

I don't think that Idris stayed with Telyn, but the cam went down @ 00:50-ish.

I was hoping Brenig would too, thinking it must have been a regional power failure, but it hasn't yet.
