Continued from Manton Bay – April 2021

The season so far: March 19, Blue 33(11) returned 12:29 closely followed by Maya @ 12:54. On March 30 Egg #1 was laid @ 11:45 , April 2, Egg #2 was seen @ 07:34 and on April 5 Egg #3 was laid @ 07:05 .

By the end of this week we should see the first hatching of the season or maybe two!!

You're welcome Korky and so do I LOL as I think I missed all hatchings last year and it is a lovely event to witness.
07:06 33 arrives to relieve Maya
change over
Maya flies off and 33 settles down
08:46 33 arrived with a large live fish and stood at the edge of the nest with it.
Couple of minutes later, Maya rises as 33 moves round the nest still keeping a firm hold of the fish
Maya approaches to take the fish but 33 is not for releasing it
and instead, flies off with it
