Weekly Chat (Non-Osprey), 25 April 2021

PAT – I was hoping LINDA would visit me on her way to the Marree Camel Cup in July. Alas, in these covid times only Aussies allowed into our country even with mandatory 14 day hotel quarantine. And I’m not sure what the arrangements would have been for her camel.

Site is very slow, but it's the first of the month. Have a good Saturday everyone.

My first astraZeneca jab this afternoon. At least I think I had it! I was waiting for some sort of feeling, a prick at least, and it was all over. I can’t even see a “hole”. It was my usual GP while Nurse did paperwork. Waiting room was full of people doing their “15 mins” all buzzing and excited. Upselling –I have flu jab in 2 weeks, pneumonia in 4 weeks and 2nd A-Z in 12 weeks. An exciting winter ahead LOL.

AQ - A camel on a plane for 24 hours? Hmmm ... perhaps Lindy can hire one locally, like a car, rather than bring her own.

The site is oh-so-s l o w today! Running out of time - but not sure I had anything to say anyway.

Tried to write this morning, but failed to get access at first, then anything I wrote failed to post.
Will try tomorrow.

Had a most upsetting visit from Sue, who is having a bad time over the dog and the neighbour. Trying not to drive over there and assault someone, or else let some tyres down! (Most unlike me I should add.....)

Sad too, to see what has happened at Loch Bryneg. (Someone sub human has cut down the nest with a chain saw!!!)

Heather So sorry about your daughter. What happened must make her dread going in to work

Lindy I laughed when I heard William leaned over and said to Mike Middleton that it was just another small family wedding....a lovely touch.

LINDY I have just read back to find out about the Sue Boris story. What a dreadful thing to happen. The neighbour obviously has no thought for either Sue or Boris feelings. She certainly doesn't deserve to have Boris back. How very sad.
