HAPPY NEW WEEK and HAPPY NEW MOON!The moon turns new on Sunday night/Monday morning in UK and US. I hope everyone has a safe, healthy week and finds some moments of joy.
Here in Indiana, everyone is walking the woods and the fields searching the ground for morel mushrooms! It's a highly anticipated rite of spring here, and the mushrooms are very tasty!

Absolutely, though my arms and shoulders hurt afterwards. I've got the gym today, which should be interesting!
Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.

Might? I only did half of my usual programme and my legs are still wobbling.
Morning all:
Clare: I'll echo Lindybird's advice to take it easy - and then some. I find that I might be mildly achy the first day after a new/revisited workout but it's the second day that I really feel it.
dibnlib: A big change in routine for your friend's family. I do hope the move home goes well, but I'm sure they're getting lots of advice about the logistics. Also hope she continues to get lots of moral support - she sounds like someone who'll be determined to put on a brave face for everyone else's sake while hiding her own feelings and that can be a lonely place.
AQ: Haha. Payback is one way of looking at it. It's just that kids can be so bossy and know-it-all! :-))
