It has been great to witness Laddie (LM12) and NC0 renew their bond and also begin to make a safe and cosy nest for impending eggs. It is encouraging to watch NC0 much more comfortable in her surroundings and hope that all continues goes well for them both from here on in.

20:30 Hardly a sound to be heard as NC0 continues to incubate

8:35 Peace was shattered for a brief moment when two geese 'honked' as they flew close to the nest (they made me jump! lol)
Almost 2 hours ago just before day cam, Laddie was on the nest, not sure if he had a bit of fish or not, but NC0 didn't move, so he flew off.
She is still incubating now.

Morning all, 8:15 The unringed male has just landed briefly - NC0 flapped him away.
Off to work. BFN
Just after 10:20, NC0, who had been fish calling, finally left the nest
She only got part way to the birch area when Laddie made his way back with a fish (both could be seen heading nest bound on the left side of the screen)
Laddie came to the nest with a headless fish, NC0 went off for a quick flight but soon came back to claim the fish
11:15 Laddie chipped/flapped and took off leaving the eggs unattended for a few minutes but then returned to incubate
