March thread.
This post updated 01 June
MrsG returned on the 25th of March and was joined by Aran on the 29th.
(The beginning of the reunion video is a must-see for all fans of MrsG - I'm posting it today 01 June, to remind us of a happy time before the tragedies of May 2021.)
The month of May brought unrelenting wind, rain and corvids, as well as persistent intruder KS8 (among others) - and Aran somehow injured his right wing, rendering him unable to fish. Within a few days all the chicks had sickened and died. It could hardly have been more stressful for MrsG and Aran, but they are recovering together while the caring Glaslyn team is supplying fish each night.
(The chicks' bodies have been removed from the nest by Aran and MrsG, so we shall never know the cause of their deaths.)
In the right margin of this page are links to Glaslyn's posts documenting the misfortunes on the nest.

I've got no idea where my footage for the day of the 16th has gone, but here are 2 moon views within a few minutes of each other:

Cow, Mistle Thrush, Robin, Chaffie - I'm ever so thrilled with how the song treatment came out, so you gotta at least listen to that:

I did listen and it is a lovely sound. Think it may be a young bull, can't see the underside very well for the shadow! Follow my leader, the sheep are always funny they way they follow one another. Thanks for you time and effort with these and other continued updates
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Thank you, CATLADY & CIRRUS, it's so nice to please someone

I was miles away, MIKE, but as soon as I "got back" I checked Chat - luckily, the birdie was easily found because it was right at the start of rollback when the cam came back online, so I recorded it off this screen.
I have to tell everyone that this is a rumble-reduction triumph, resulting from sheer bravery in adjusting default settings
Sample from 13? minutes, most of the time talking to itself:

Various "ducks", the cow, all rather unclear considering we're on the 4K. And from 11:30 onwards I've got fragments, not only of Glaslyn
I'm treating these 3 scenes as all the same bird but have no idea actually - I'm only inflicing it to show I care, have made it Unlisted.
