My first season here, the 2 osplets were informally named until they got their official names - we called them Star and Storm, IIRC. Next season it was Wottadin and Moffalot (cos the former could screech for England (oops! Scotland) and the latter hatched on MOFFER's birthday, IIRC).
I'm just about to check thru the afternoon/evening but you will be relieved to hear I don't intend to do a summary vid

What happened was... Mistle stuck the tailend of her fish under the sticks - see AX6 turn and watch her do it! He later digs it out, as you observed, and flies off with it - but not too long afterwards returns and "gifts" it to her.
I FF'd this - it's an extremely rough cut so made it Unlisted.
The mating attempts tailed off in the afternoon - we'll know in the morning if he's got discouraged
