Seren was nowhere to be seen.
EDIT @ 13:13 - no sign of Seren still, Dylan's just stood standing waiting.

Having been heads-upped by MIKE on the Dyfi thread, here is 496's surprise "flight" to the campost, and back down again - I woudn't call that a fledge and shall be most interested to see how soon he does it again.
Honestly, these birds are full of surprises, aren't they?!

12/13 July Brenig - no-one roosted overnight, perch was empty all day and evening and empty from first light onwards till 05:50, last clip.
496 Fledged this morning at 11.47 hrs.
