It was looking so promising, with our solo chick getting a little more adventurous:

There are reports of the two birds fishing in Llyn Brenig and the adjacent Llyn Alwen. Some have speculated that they may have established another nest away from Brenig; personally I think this is unlikely, and that they will hopefully return to the area next year.
Thank you for the Brenig update, AG. It's good to know that they are being kept track of, to some extent at least.

The last misty 4h30m up to 19:00, I skimmed thru very quickly so I trust nothing important occurred, evening session is now downloading but it doesn't look promising, vision-wise.
