I have just logged on to the Rutland Osprey website HERE

and cannot find any Blogs for 2019 at all.    I found one for 2018 about Tracking and nothing else that year.

All the 2020 blogs are there, so it looks like we will only have the history of these blogs for one year.

It just means that any links in the RSPB forum Rutland threads for 2019 with links to any blogs go nowhere they only take you to the Rutland Website.

Just thought I would mention this, I think its sad that historic information about their Ospreys is not being kept.

    In reply to MaryGK:

Were they hosted on the LRWT site, or were they on a separate URL?

They may still be accessible through the Internet Archive's Wayback Machine.

No idea AddersUK - surely if they were still available to see on line (but not on the website) LRWT would have provided a link.

    In reply to MaryGK:

It looks like the old blog posts were on ospreys.org.uk, and they weren't migrated to the new LRWT site. (This rings a vague bell from last year).

You can find some of the content from the Wayback Machine, but sadly, many individual posts were not archived:

addersuk. You are correct re the new LRWT site. This omission was despite them being asked to ensure these records were migrated but they refused on, allegedly, cost grounds. They left the old site up until the end of 2020.

    Birdies LG DU update.
