Arrival dates 2020LM12 (Laddie) unringed – 21st March at 15:33 NC0(16) blue ring, left leg – 28th March at c12:00 (More here)
Although they didn’t use the webcam nest last year, Laddie and new female, NC0, successfully raised one chick within the vicinity of the Loch. Blog hereHoping that both have a safe migration back to Lowes, and delight us with their presence on cam this season.

25.3.21 13:21 - NC0 arrives back at LotL
Laddie came to the nest about 3 hours (VERY approx) ago after skydancing heard, he stayed until daycam, I'm wondering if there's another male around?... which would be nice for that female ;)
Then he was in 'n out and nestorising, then another good mating and off he went:
NC0 started nestorising, this stick ended up precariously clinging to the right side of the nest:
IMAGICAT
Laddie has returned with the fish but NC0 had flown. There was quite a lot of activity with even NC0, I think landing on the nest tree and flying off towards the dead tree. They appear to be missing each other!
Off to work now. BFN

That's intersesting I think it was Laddie (?) on the nest who then flew off towards the trees on the left who was followed by another coming from the bottom of thepicture He thenflies back towards the nest andthebird shadowing himflies back and disappears into bottom of pic Laddie brings bedding to the nest but flies off shortly afterwards with the bedding....accidently or delibertely I couldn't tell He flies into the trees on the left and again his "shadow" follows him and they have an osprey conversation They have now btought a largishstick to the nest and standing gazing at the loch
I'll see if I can find Laddie with his shadow...

I'm not sure this is right, but it looks as tho Manton Bay is not the only place confused by reflections this morning!
Scylla - taken from your vid 2 snaps of one osprey over the loch followed by second which as you pointed out is a reflection of the same one, good capture.
