Arrival dates 2020LM12 (Laddie) unringed – 21st March at 15:33 NC0(16) blue ring, left leg – 28th March at c12:00 (More here)
Although they didn’t use the webcam nest last year, Laddie and new female, NC0, successfully raised one chick within the vicinity of the Loch. Blog hereHoping that both have a safe migration back to Lowes, and delight us with their presence on cam this season.

I see the Thrush is still there.
Maybe its my imagination but I think I can hear off nest mating noises going on, thought I heard them yesterday too, I hope not and that I am wrong.

I would think so Jane as they have not mentioned anything in their blogs about it being removed. Pity it hadn't blown down. (Harsh I know) but would have solved the possibility of her not using the Webcam nest.

Laddie back on the nest now - what a contrast in weather to Loch Arkaig although they are approx. 92 miles apart. Never mind miles I have seen these kind of differences 1/2 a mile apart

I've enhanced the whole period while the Thrush was there because I assume you heard them during that time - but it's impossible to pick out anything relevant. I don't hear any of the nests live, unfortunately.
