Although they didn’t use the webcam nest last year, Laddie and new female, NC0, successfully raised one chick within the vicinity of the Loch. Blog hereHoping that both have a safe migration back to Lowes, and delight us with their presence on cam this season.

25.3.21 13:21 - NC0 arrives back at LotL
It was the glare of the sun on her legs that caused my confusion, I couldn't see it either Billy but then noticed her dark chest feathers and head marking :)
The first nest I've checked on logging on!
Thank you all !!!
I hope the wind stays down and the nest holds up.

Good Morning All
I get the feeling NC0 likes a long lie in the morning, while Laddie gets on with the house work.
He was on the nest @ around 04.50 hrs
Then came back a couple of times after that.
He has the nest looking very comfy - which Osprey wouldn't want this as their home - oh let me see - NC0 ha ha

I haven't done an overnight catchup but here's the morning skydance and NC0's non-appearance, I'm down in the dumps again
The thrush has stayed a wee while - it obviously doesn't know what could be incoming :-)
