Arrival dates 2020LM12 (Laddie) unringed – 21st March at 15:33 NC0(16) blue ring, left leg – 28th March at c12:00 (More here)
Although they didn’t use the webcam nest last year, Laddie and new female, NC0, successfully raised one chick within the vicinity of the Loch. Blog hereHoping that both have a safe migration back to Lowes, and delight us with their presence on cam this season.

YouTube is now checking thru videos for copyright "issues" before finalising, and today "this is taking longer than usual", they say. That's all I need.
Here is the reunion video to complement MARY's timely shortie. I tried to unearth (or unsky) skydancing from behind the wind but failed, so this is unenhanced sound. NC0 was very willing but the wind defeated Laddie's efforts, as far as I got.

It's looking good so far, Patily :-* She brought nest material !!! And they had a successful mating !!! Maybe more than one, I haven't watched every minute ;)

The empty nest is dark and windy and rainy now - hope they both get a good night's sleep.
