Hi folks,
Wasn't around for most of the day but found out I hadn't missed much. Just two hungry osps waiting all day for a meal which never came. Thanks to you all for your posts and pics yesterday.
It looks increasingly likely that EJ has begun her migration as she has not been seen since early on Saturday morning according to official sources.
Time is running out for us all for this year, I wonder how many more days before Odin leaves and then the juves will have to go if they are to survive and learn to fish on their way to fresh pastures new....sighhhhhhhhhh
Over to the early morning crew - keep us going. Night, Night.

Morning, All : an EN at present :-(
Last year Mallachie decided to abandon about 51 hours after the delivery of the last fish. It is now nearly 47 hours since we saw a fish arrive at the nest.

Crickey, Tiger: Maybe "This Is It" <gulp>
A noisy GEM just arrived on the nest, but left after only a few seconds, so not able to catch him/her on camera.
Middle youngster arrived on the nest forlornly food soliciting a couple or three minutes ago but I fumbled the snap shot. She hung around maybe three minutes then flew off.
Morning all, as I log on I can hear two juves shouting away offstage.
Morning all ... thanks for reports! I'm very late this morning ... slept in ... the budgie woke me about 6, he fell off his perch and was clattering around his cage!!!! I see from your reports that both chicks have been seen today, but not Odin, or any fish. I can hear both screeching off screen as I type. Must go and do things now, back later.

Just as I go, both arrive screeching! It seems to be an intruder alert screech!
Two noisy GEMs arrive!
Crikey, what a hulabalook, two juves on nest, shrieking away, intruder alert.
Both shouting at 9am.
If nothing goes right, go left! :-)
"Are we shouting for fish, or are we just cross, or is there an intruder?" - "I don't know!"
