Hi everyone.
Thanks for all the great posts, pics, videos etc on yestarday's Daily Update. Seems like it was a momentous day at LG on Monday. Perhaps EJ has set off on another migration to Africa. If so her last appeance on the LG nest in 2010 was something to behold. It was almost as if she was saying: "See you later." to the magnificant Odin, and perhaps even us viewers. She deserves to play to the camera though. She's an absolute star. Can't wait to see her next spring.Rain falling at LG now. Who knows what dramas today will hold.
I'm starting to feel tired, so I'll fly off to roost.
Paul.
Warning! This post contains atrocious spelling, and terrible grammar. Approach with extreme edginess.
Heard a few chirrups and dashed through to see Odin doing some housework! He was kind enough to pose for me :-)))
... and then to dig the nest cup again!!!

Well done DjoanS. I too have just come back in to find Odin staring at the camera. He has a quiet chatter to himself and he stands on look-out duty.

"Yes, its me .... posing for photographs ... make the most of it folks, I'll be gone soon!"

I think he is looking south, deciding which route to take....

Lovely shots Alicat.
A bit of furniture moving near the camera. Wind seems to be getting up.
...and with a chirrup off he goes. Odin was here for over 18 minutes. Oh, and here he is back again empty taloned, and back on his clump of grass.
My goodness ... he's still here! I see from your posts that he went and came back. Lovely pics Alicat. He seems to like standing on the grassy cushion that he brought yesterday. Its a real treat to see him for so long :-)
