Hi everyone.
Thanks for all the great posts, pics, videos etc on yestarday's Daily Update. Seems like it was a momentous day at LG on Monday. Perhaps EJ has set off on another migration to Africa. If so her last appeance on the LG nest in 2010 was something to behold. It was almost as if she was saying: "See you later." to the magnificant Odin, and perhaps even us viewers. She deserves to play to the camera though. She's an absolute star. Can't wait to see her next spring.Rain falling at LG now. Who knows what dramas today will hold.
I'm starting to feel tired, so I'll fly off to roost.

Good morning SheilaFE that was a very quick visit by Odin but at least I managed to see it. First time I have seen an osprey live since Monday I think.

morning all. Thanks for all the reports. Interesting both are still around. The pull on EJ to leave must be getting very strong now.
Thought I heard a landing on the post a while ago but didn't see anything.
managed to take this while ODIN was on nest

Brenda/Alicat, great captures, thanks so much.
That looks like "The Magnificent One" to me:)
SheilaFE I am not feeling as well I would like to be but definitely better than I felt over the weekend. Not a lot of energy and food a bit of a problem. Still I have a good excuse for taking it easy and just sitting in front of the webcam in the hope I will not miss things. Got quite excited when Odin appeared.
Great capture Alicat. Definitely Odin. Sounds like his call I can hear too. ( now stopped)
There is a very loud Odin 'chirrup' perhaps on the camera post?

Good afternoon Gary and it sounds as though Odin is making warning noises off camera.
That was a flying visit. Enter stage right, exit stage left. Possibly Odin. Still calling off camera. Sounds lonely!
Somebody landed very briefly on the nest ... Odin perhaps??? Just managed a pic before he left again!
