The three juveniles are thriving under Mrs G and Aran's continued care, proving once again what formidable parents they are. Long may the season continue to be be hassle-free as it nears the time for migration
After buffering on the nest all night, the cam came alive around 08:00 with a longish view of the river - it stayed there for most of the day, with a couple of excursions for ducks and cows. Here was a drownded duck, that's my only effort for today and unfortunately it's smudged.

This was a failure so I fuzzed over the edges. It's asking for something I haven't got to give.
In the evening a helicopter landed on a hillside and took off again. This is FF'd. As for the item on the end, I was going to investigate what it might be but forgot all about it until I saw it here.
Cam went down @ 04:12. We'll have to wait for Heather to come on duty - how shall I remember to check?!
Pigeon picture is asking for my wall on which to hang it . It's beautiful Scylla I was trying to I.D the helo but not very successfully - not the police chopper is about all I can say - interesting. Do you think that maybe MI 5 was infiltrating the land management guys on the lookout for nerdowells- ha ha
