It seems we are all catching the Miseries. It is difficult unable to do the things we enjoy and not knowing how long before normal returns. Please hang on, maybe tomorrow will be brighter.
I dashed around this morn, sweeping the leaves from the back verandah before the lawn man arrived to see what a lazy being I have been. Then flew into bathroom for cleaning, but stopped before I reached the shower. Sat nattering to OH while he decided he could not be bothered going out for lunch. He did not last Friday either. Soon I shall make sandwiches for lunch.
Just a thought
Life is short but it is wide. This too shall pass. (Rebecca Wells)
Another chilly morn – overnight min was 2.7 C, now a mere 8.8 (almost 9 am). I am attempting to visit State Library for research this morn. Bus after rush hour and if there is a long queue to get in (we have to complete a form), I shall go elsewhere with my camera before coming home. I have not been to State Lib since beginning of March – hope I know the way LOL.
I finished OH’s knitted vest/waistcoat or whatever you want to call it. Except for the buttons. He insists on choosing them himself but he did not go to lunch as planned last Friday or yesterday, so I wasted my time knitting & sewing the band furiously last week. I have knitted a band of a few inches with a buttonhole. This he can take to the button shop in the city. I have returned to leftover wool and I am knitting beanies & vests for the charity shop again.
I don't like interior decorating. It looks gorgeous, but it doesn't have that lived-in look. (Clive Cussler)

Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Design is knowing which ones to keep. (Scott Adams)
