I'm starting this thread in case it's not possible for MARY to do it due to the first-of-the-month freeze-up.
Aila, Louis and their 3 chicks are flourishing, with Louis proving a great provider to the biggest family he's had so far.
I might add some snaps 'n things if I last a bit longer, but let's get the thread on the road first ;)

Thanks very much for starting the thread Scylla. The system is very slow for me, has taken more than 10 minutes to get the RF box open.
I haven't looked at the June thread yet to see if Louis's late fish delivery was posted or not, so I will post it here anyway.
Aila was trying to cover the chicks at 04.45 when I first looked in, but then went to tidy up all the fish bits from around the nest, and now chicks are home alone.

It rained from about 2-ish.
Aila went flyabout and this was the final poop in a series of 3
Aila returned and sheltered the chicks for a while:
She flew off again @ 05:03 and has not yet returned. Not seen Louis yet.

If you get a chance later to check the June thread you'll see that I chose exactly the same shot
Well, after taking ages to load previous posts up to now, this one opened the RF very fast indeed!
And posted instantly. So that's about 3h15m that the slow-down lasted.
EDIT - Just to say I can't do any more now, sorry not to fill in the OP with something appropriate - if anyone wants to do an OP here I will C&P it into mine - with credit of course.
G'night all x
Thanks again Scylla for persevering and starting all the threads
Louis delivered a headless fish at 06.33 hrs.
Sorry for the blurry captures, couldn't do any better this morning, as all a bit frustrating.
I am just relieved that it has speeded up again, and that the slowness didn't drag on for several days like it did in June.
Aila has been calling like a fish wife (pardon the pun) for ages and ages, I am afraid I have had to turn the sound down, first time this season, although it probably won't be the last time.
Gosh what a power of work you've done this morning scylla starting all the new threads up thank you. You just can't get the staff

08.00, thanks Scylla for starting the thread and for the comments so far. Aila still calling loudly. Ian
EDIT - I thought I had posted this at 08.00 but hadn't, hence it shows as 09.14 when I eventually posted it.
Aila has just pole vaulted on to the nest :D
I think the chick at the back is saying in true Victor Meldrew fashion "I don't bl**dy believe it" :D
Also there is a post from George Anderson on the WT site re the ringing
