How appropriate to start the new month on the chicks' first ringed day.
Quote DOP FB: "We ringed our two chicks this afternoon and we have TWO BOYS"
Compliments of ALISON:
"KC7 (Bob1) is Tywi (pronounced Toe-wee) and KC6 (Bob2) is Teifi (pronounced Tay-vee)"

30 JULY occasional snaps
There was one juvie and another osp on the perch pre-daycam:
They were juves:
Once past the morning mist and glare, not a lot to report for quite a while.
The cam was focused on the pointy perch (where nothing was going on) when a juvie loomed up on its way to the perch above the nest:
There seemed to be a problem focusing the cam, Telyn spent a long time with her head semi-chopped off.
She was watching and listening to the juvies fighting over a fish:
Here you can see the flies milling behind her:
In the old days I would have done a video of her, because the sounds of combative squeals coming from the nest were delightful.
A brief glimpse of the fish, KC7 had it, KC6 tried to take it but I didn't see him succeed.
ID?
KC6 had a good fluff-up in preparation for departure:
A fish piece per Telyn?
