It seems that Telyn overdid the delayed incubation of egg #1 this season, and we therefore have chicks only from eggs #2 and #3. But what fine chicks they are - thanks to the new man Idris's provisioning and Telyn's mothering, they are doing very well.
Proud parents:
I hope you're not having a justified giggle at my struggles on this routine first of the month, KORKY, cos I didn't do the new thread early! It's been worse, tho.

Hopefully it will dry up soon!
Just another wet day at Dyfi
Taken a few mins ago its looking brighter with a breeze to dry the nest out.

19th
Wet.
But it didn't stop the odd spat:
20 minutes after delivering a stick to the nest, Idris was being buffeted on the perch with a whole, live fish. (Only the dull one is "natural", the others are auto-enhanced.)
(If LIMPY were here we'd have at least 3 pages of fabulous snaps, Idris keeping his balance in the wind and rain was a gift.)
Almost au naturel:
Telyn didn't get up when the headless fish was brought to the nest, so the little ones had a go at it:
Hence, Idris took the fish away some 40+ minutes later (I'm getting only bits 'n pieces downloading instead of 6-hour clips).
After disappearing for a while Idris turned up, soaked to the skin, on the perch with the fish but he never got to eat any of it:
Telyn gave a short feed (this one) but was soon covering the chicks again - after some time there was another short feed:
As the cows arrived, Telyn decided she had to fly some water off her wings:
Oh, she needed some mess to add to the nest ;)
That cut off @ 13:57 and the current stream picked up @ 14:06 so I'll leave it running.
