It seems that Telyn overdid the delayed incubation of egg #1 this season, and we therefore have chicks only from eggs #2 and #3. But what fine chicks they are - thanks to the new man Idris's provisioning and Telyn's mothering, they are doing very well.
Proud parents:
I hope you're not having a justified giggle at my struggles on this routine first of the month, KORKY, cos I didn't do the new thread early! It's been worse, tho.

Bad night so late this morning
So I will start by say good morning to all

Idris comes and takes the fish
sleeping on duty
much the same
Good afternoon, LIMPY, glad you made it in the end - I should have been gone ages ago but it's First of the Month Syndrome in the LG Community and Tech Torture at home ;)
I can contribute the unfortunate fish that Idris brought flapping to the nest:
It wasn't accepted so he took it up to the misty perch and dried himself off:
Then back to the nest:
Both chicks got fed:
See y'all later :)
Thank You very much Scylla for starting the new thread and for the beautiful photographs in your opening post, I see they have been "Scyllafied"
Not much to report from the nest at the moment, brooding taking place, and osprey has back to the cam, thinks its 3J Telyn though.
Love the highlighted captures you posted at 1.26 pm

Thank you, MARY, the compliment is highly appreciated as I had to cobble something together from sub-optimal snaps, me having lost things as usual
I hope you're having a good rest, LIMPY, and not a flare-up :-*
About 17:30 Idris brought another flapping fish to the high perch:
After about 10 minutes he brought it to the nest, having managed to get it started:
As you can see, there was a leftover on the nest so both parent were able to feed the chicks - Idris not very successfully, he's still learning:
Oh my these chicks will need a suit of armour when Idris is around, he is very clumsy when around the chicks. He kept treading on them, dropping sticks on them too. Thankfully they look as though they are alright.
They zoomed in to check chick was OK
Then wallop another stick gets dropped on them

I heard wing flaps, and Idris is at it again with the sticks, and this time he flattened one of the chicks..... think I will stop looking at this nest until the chicks are older as watching Idris around the chicks is not good for the nerves.
Wing Flaps and stick is plonked down
He flattens one of the chicks
Again they zoom in to see if chick is OK
Stick plonked on chicks again
This is the one that had me cringing
