Saturday night is forecast 50mph + and heavy rain, so another lively time

As it's Christmas Day, here are 2 corvids - it starts of promisingly but tails off to routine:

No white Christmas here and hey, didn't these guys know they were locked down !!!!!

It's only tier 2 at the nest site, so they can meet up to 6 others outdoors

Ah, I sit corrected Richard - how exciting (not) ,,,,, 6 others ....weeeeee!

It's a cracking day here now, and all quiet near the nest, apart from a deer or two.

Almost nothing happening here but it's very unusual - both on the part of the Crow and the white Sika!

Didn't see the deer arrive ..... or leave! liked the corvids - the snowy back feathers made the crow look as if it was wearing ermine. :)

By the time I twigged that I needed the arrival it was too late - because of mental inertia!  But I did see it coming across the scrub.  Departure got darked out, of course.
