33 is now on the nest, with another fish and feeding the older chicks.
#4 is lying by Maya and the fish she had been feeding to the chicks earlier lies to her left
08:31 An older chick has turned away and joins #4 for a snooze :-)
33 continues to feed the other two chicks
08:33 #4 now joins its sibling and is being fed by 33
08:34 Only #4 left now and getting lots of fish from 33 :-D
08:39 33 flies off. Happy chicks getting fish from mum and dad :-)
08:41 Maya now watches over them as they sleep of their fish
Fantastic team work by Maya and 33 raising their family.
08:53 33 on the nest.
Maya grabs hold of another fish (one already lying on the nest she fed from earlier). Missed 33 arriving but think the fish is most likely to be the one 33 was feeding from earlier.
08:53 33 flies off and Maya has some fish and also feeds any open beak -
# 4 is there along with an older sibling :-D
09:09
09:12 Feed Over. Maya has been standing for the last few minutes looking around and the chicks are settling down
Off now but will be looking in/out throughout the day BFN
10:02 33 arrives with a fish most likely taken off the nest since last posting.
33 leaves the fish on the nest - wing flaps and then flies off
10:05 Maya stands guard over the chicks
10:05 Maya then takes a break and good view of the chicks
10:07 Maya returns with some nesting material
She is off again :-)
For no reason that I could see the older chick attacked #4
#4 was lying next to its older sibling
both rose and it attacked #4 !!
Video of #4 being attacked by older sibling
10:09 Maya returns with more nesting material
and scatters it around the nest
all settled and chicks OK
#4 then moves over beside Maya
10:15 Maya flies off
10:16 #4 rejoins it siblings
cam shake - suspect Maya is on the campost watching over them
