It looks as tho there's a strong, steady breeze over the water:

I expect this has been observed many times already - but I don't think the number of watchers has anything to do with the abysmal performance of ROP cams - overnight there have been numerous freezes, Ouches and black screens
MIKE - I know they have a poor internet connection but...
This was a charming freeze :-*
