It is with much regret to report that Lassie (LF15) did not return
Helen - The pair at Foulshaw Moss did a similar thing one year and eventually chose the other nest, also the pair at Caerlaverock had a really cosy looking nest and they decided to move home What I am not sure of is are there any other empty nests in this area, Mary might know.

There was a possible frustration nest several years ago
Here is my post from years ago.
I actually thought that nest blew down but I could be wrong.
