Great capture and probably the ID too, Sandra :)))
Some more snaps from yesterday:
Telyn got another fish and Idris came to join her, possibly looking enviously down at the fish at times but not here:
Something caught their attention, especially Telyn's, and Idris almost poked his tongue out and they both flew:

NO OSPREY
Looks like Idris has given up roosting beside his partner - shortly after this snap he flew off - maybe a chatter could ask if Emyr knows where he roosts?
This morning he flew in for mating just after 05:00, but it didn't go well:
He flew off after a complete mis-mate ;)
This was rather wonky too!
An early-ish fish but he wouldn't let her have it!
He took it up to the high perch and munched:
It looks as tho only the tailend was left for Telyn, this was her landing on the perch with it:
Telyn's not complaining about the sun in her eyes, it's such a relief from rain-rain-rain!
