As this could to be a monumental year, with the possibility of the first breeding Ospreys in Poole for a very long time, and the chance of more relocated birds returning I thought we might as well start off a new thread.

For those wondering about sound on the livestream, I asked the question this morning on BoPH’s live Q&A session. They are working on it and we may even get it by tomorrow, which will be fantastic!
EDIT: we have sound NOW!
I didn't thank you for passing on "the message", ALISON, without which it may have been overlooked! Thank you!
The sound was too late for CJ7's major activities this morning - she got over the buzzing and brought in nest materials, including 2 sticks and 2 bunches:
Then, our first taste of her voice - a tiny cheep as she landed for the last time so far today:

Kind regards, Ann
CJ7 arrived on the nest around 07.18
She was only there minutes when she was bombarded again

Chris Packham has been broadcasting live from his home in the New Forest. His guest today is Tim Mackrill - taking about Poole Harbour project. I will put a link once it appears, meanwhile CJ7 has landed and here is the live link to his broadcast - FB. I expect you will be able to watch it from the beginning.
They showed the cam, and CJ7 conveniently landed!
