As this could to be a monumental year, with the possibility of the first breeding Ospreys in Poole for a very long time, and the chance of more relocated birds returning I thought we might as well start off a new thread.

The GSW, which may have chipped off some of the perchwood:
Only one more little bird to add, which I cannot ID:
EDIT
Later - I think it may be a Redstart: Stonechat !!!
Male Blackbird called in about 4 times thru the day :)

Stonechat was what I was supposed to have typed, Michael - sometimes any word will do as long as it's got the same number of syllables ;)

Fab she has been there for about 40 minutes
Its very encouraging that she flew off and brought a stick back
After she's gone, I'm going to rewind and watch the whole visit! This is such a promising development.
Edit: she's brought in two sticks!
I have started a video Alison, but not going to do all of her visit as its too long.
