As this could to be a monumental year, with the possibility of the first breeding Ospreys in Poole for a very long time, and the chance of more relocated birds returning I thought we might as well start off a new thread.

I forgot to post a short video showing the "phenomena" last night, rather like we saw at LG last season or the one before:
I've only just sped thru yesterday, too fast to see any little birds and not bothering with hinterland - except 2 white deer caught my eye, looked like doe and fawn by the sizes.
It's been raining overnight:
On scroll back found 2 visitors to the nest this morning.
I really hope CJ7 pays a visit one day, and LS7 returns too, as this is such an excellent webcam would be a shame if it was not utilised, but as we know Ospreys will be Ospreys and chose to do and go wherever they chose. :-)
A deer walked through :-)
You can see it stayed for quite a while.

Oh dang, the same 2 I've just found - just as well I had the sense to check here before posting, I suspected you might have them ;)
I "decided" one of them was a female Blackbird, here's a different view:
Great Spotted Woodpecker just now.
