Hello guys,

Little update for you here. The team are currently working on clearing the observation hide so that we are able to watch the ospreys even if the public are not being allowed access. Have been down there for the past couple days and haven't seen any osprey activity on the nest. We plan to keep monitoring as part of our isolation plan and hopefully this will tie in nicely with our cameras being made active when the centre is finished! You will be the first to know if we have ospreys. I think it would be so fantastic that in all this mayhem if we are able to have our first successful season for a wee while. Let us all hope! Keep safe and speak soon.

Fergus, thanks for the update, I can think of worse places to have to isolate. I don't think anyone can accuse you of being a mindless tourist escaping the city as so many seem to be. Ian
