The Sydney sea eagle cams are back up, but no evening visit from the Lorikeets - it was quite windy.

The NZ Northern Royal Albatross egg has pipped and the ranger has swapped it with a dummy egg, to prevent fly strike. Videos on the Cornell/DOC Twitter feed. My guess is Lady Hawk has captured it but I can't find her video.

The young opossum spent some time poking around the tray but didn't catch anything:

It's licking its little lips ;)

The Mourning Doves are slow, as we know - and some are slower than others :)

The Carolina Wren had been under both trays, too :)

What a terrible shame :'(  Such a lovely osprey, and it flew so far only to meet with misfortune at the end of its journey.  Thank you for the sad news, IAN.

The YT Sydney Sea Eagle cam had gone down so I just checked it... and LOOK !!!

I found it arriving on the Twitch cam but it's very distant - it flew in from the right in a blurred streak and perched top left of the Twitch pic, where it still is:
