Manton Bay 2019 SummaryMaya returned 14 Mar and Blue 33(11) on 23 Mar. Maya laid four eggs on 2, 5, 8 and 11 Apr hatching 11, 11, 13 and 17 May. The four chicks were ringed on 21 Jun - #1 Blue 054(F), #2 Blue 055(M), #3 Blue 056(M) and #4 Blue 057(F). Details of their vital statistics can be found here. All four fledged - Blue 055 (age 53 days) on 3 Jul, Blue 054 (age 54 days) on 4 Jul, Blue 056 (age 53 days) on 5 Jul and Blue 057 (age 55 days) on 11 Jul. Blue 054 (age 99 days) was last seen 18 Aug, Blue 055 (age 104 days) & Blue 057(age 98 days) were last seen 23 Aug and Blue 056 (age 103 days) was last seen 24 Aug.
Edit 5/9: Maya and Blue 33 remained for a few days before setting off. Both were last seen 2 Sept.

This was the view at 06:52 (just getting around to posting it now).

ravens were messing up the nest and 33 has just arrived
and chases it
33 now putting things back in order
33 had flown and the ravens returned messing up the nest again
33 returns with a large and the ravens flee
once more pottering about
33 is still on the nest just looking around.
As I type, 33 has flown.
Morning Jane - 33 is back on the nest just now. Hope you see him :-)
He has been tidying and having a nest scrape
but mostly just standing guarding his nest
Not seen Maya on the nest as yet but I did see the nest shake so she may be around.
