Daily Update (LG Nest) Thursday 29th July

Hi folks,

Well another day has passed. I wasn't in much of yesterday but judging from the posts and pics not a lot was happening , it seemed to be a quietish day here.

Won't get much of a chance to look in until late afternoon tomorrow as I have other things on, so will catch up then.

Over to the night shift, happy viewing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thanks everyone. Noisy GEM somewhere close. Not seen any fish delivery's for a while.

    Joan, great news about the kitchen but bad news about the hob. Glad it's over.

    Linda, lovely poem and so true. Thanks for that picture. It seems so long ago, but at the same time, no time at all:)

    Thanks for the updates and pics.

    That GEM on the nest is certainly loud.  :-)  I wonder what he'd sound like through the hi fi speakers insted of just the laptop.  LOL.

    Thanks for the  picture. Odin and EJ are  very special Osprey and a  great  pair. Odin  looking at his  off spring is priceless. As charming as  him "proudly" sitting on HIS eggs, 

    The  past few mornings have made me suspect that  EJ and Odin may be fishing together. Twice  today and  once yesterday and the day before I have seen EJ deliver a fish and with in a minute or two Odin  brings a fish too. They fly in from the same direction

    Another form of togetherness, Barbara Jean.    There are some of what I hope are the 'best' osprey pics if you look on the Osprey Group first page, I've been adding to it all summer.

    Thanks OG. it was Janice. I googled it and they are saying Susin Stranks was the  teenage girl who started in 1959, so we are remembering later years,  ( it was on 1959- 1967).
