Brilliant - first time I've seen an Osprey 'live' on the LG nest this year! Thanks for alerting us, Scylla.

and gone...

I'll do a video later this evening but am embroiled in Arkaig's day at the mo.

A big thing that has come from reduced Osprey viewing tis year has been that many dedicated Osprey watchers now have a better knowledge of quite a few smaller species of bird that can be seen in and about the forest.
Having learnt about the other birds first and then progressing onto Ospreys, I feel this will only add to peoples enjoyment of bird watching.

 At last the osprey vid - it is not exactly full of interest but must be done "for the record".  The osp was on the nest for about 9 minutes.

In my case I wouldn't say "quite a few", RICHARD, but I'm very happy to now be able to recognise more than I did ;)
