The season so far: Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. Maya laid 4 eggs 2, 5, 8 and 11 April hatching 11, 11, 13 and 17 May. The four chicks were ringed on 21 June as follows: #1 Blue 054 (F), #2 Blue 055 (M), #3 Blue 056 (M) and #4 Blue 057 (F). Further details of their vital statistics can be found here.

Morning All - one of the juvies eating a fish while the others preen as they wait their turn

One of the juvies flew off with the fish piece in its talon - first time I have seen one doing this

Morning Patily
Maya now has the fish and is feeding 054 while 057 looks out
minute later, 057 joins 054 who turns away full and Maya now feeds 057
057 has fledged!
She had been wing flapping and just stood in the middle of the nest and flew up to the cam perch.
Missed the capture!
I think she’s at last done it, off to the cam post.
