On 1 July, chick 1 is 30 days old. Chick 2, from egg 3, is 27 days old.
Apart from the sad failure-to-hatch of egg 2 , everything has been reasonably settled on the nest, and Louis is in the running for Mary's 'Fisherman of the Year Award'.

They haven't moved an inch for the past half hour, and all of a sudden Rannoch has had a flapping session and having called, Aila flew off. Rannoch flapped, and flapped, and then watched.
12.53 Rannoch flapped and Aila called
Aila flew off and Rannoch flapped
then she spotted something
13.00 Aila returns, the cloud gets lower, and Aila flies off again
More plip plops from the rain and the clouds lifts a bit
13.06 who's up there

SheilaFE said:18.13 LOL what on earth is she watching, looking left to right to left again below the nest!
Thank you for the vid, Scylla! Was a game of tennis being played beneath her LOL!
And calling intermittently. In anticipation?
13.38 Aila's calls got louder, and then she took off
Leaving Rannoch in the cloud again
13.56 Aila returned to do some major housework
and Rannoch had a flap
14,02 Aila has a spot of shut eye
several times
No sign of Mallie or Louis while I've been here
14.16 Aila is calling again
14.26-cam slipped into close up - far too close!
and then it reverted to normal. Rannoch flaps
Aila calls
and 14.33 she has flown.
Rannoch flapped and jumped across the nest
The cloud is lifting

That was in my first title, SHEILA, but I thought someone might criticise because her head was one way more than the other - there are some nitpicking peeps on YouTube
.
CATCHUP - just oddments
Rannoch's night.
Sleeping tucked like a grown-up:
Post-poop flap:
Two variations of droop-sleep:
Just checking:
Short flapping session:
After the 4 o'clock buffer she emerged on the side of the nest, no idea what she had been doing:
Then she settled down with a gape:
Aila arrived and soon after so did Mallie, with a crash!
No fish came so Rannoch was left alone, she passed the time productively - well, no, as no pellet was expelled:
FISH !!! A small one that Mallie grabbed forcefully from startled Louis and almost finished by the time Aila managed to get it, hardly anything left for Rannoch:
Bigger FISH !!! Which Aila took from Louis and dropped for Rannoch, she accepted and had a good feed from it. Mallie had arrived but gave up waiting and flew off, only to return after Rannoch had given up the fish to Aila, who had a fair feed from it, and Mallie took over... well that's kinda how it went :)
Some exercising but nothing spectacular, not as much breeze today?
She was chilling when alarm calls flattened her and she stayed down for well over 10 minutes :o Before that, Aila had been heard scraping on the campost:
Forgot to mention the rain ;)
Aila has been bringing bits 'n pieces, these sticks being the most significant:
Half FISH !!!
From which all 3 girls got a feed - Mallie first, she muscled in right after the second snap, then Aila, then Rannoch:
I'm going to leave it there, at which stage they've all been fed and Rannoch has not fledged, nor even really helicoptered today - but she's fine :)
Packing up now for a while.
