DAILY UPDATES - Loch Garten nest - June 2019

Thanks for all contributions towards clearing my head (but they didn't work ;) ).

Cam's been down for a few minutes, no matter which link I try, including the Carnyx website.

We're back up but it's buffering... OK... buffering... OK... buffering...

Morning All - thanks for the updates.

I do wish, when the osprey is not around so as to not create any noise, that they would alternate views between the overall that we have just now and zoomed in on the nest for observation purposes for it would be nice to see if there are any distinguishing marks that we could ID to know if it is the same osprey and also what it is doing ie is it a fish or a stick and is it building the nest.  We really just don't know.

Also it would be fair for those who wish a close up view.

It is frustrating.

As I listen to the rain falling at LA, it's another beautiful day at LG. The cam was down when I first tried just before 10.00, but it's OK now. No sign of movement

Thanks for the link Birdie but I really am deeply saddened and so disappointed reading it for as far as any observations go, well it is all "don't know" and any thoughts are "just speculation".

So much more could be observed if only they would now and again zoom the cam in.

With EJ not returning and now this with the cam, it really has totally destroyed the LG season.

Karen surely the nest as it was it was destroying the LG season for LG , the ospreys are the important factor in all of this not us humans and the ospreys seem to like what LG has done and thanks to the advice of the country's number one leading osprey expert . I think we can put up with what we are seeing until a pair takes up residence on the nest. , we just have to be patient it is early days .
