We carry on in the absence of dearest EJ (RIP):
Courtesy of MIKE but he may not remember this particular wet morning ;-*

No-one seen overnight.
DAYCAM 03:55
We had a Stonechat !!!
It came back again and again to the same perch, this is one example:
And another:
Then it chose a different perch !!! Sensational ;)
One outage:
That's up to 14:25.
IMAGICAT
Shadow time - a nice bright evening:
Willow Warbler? It was there for 35 seconds. You could see the breeze/wind lifting its back feathers:
NIGHTCAM 23:00
We had a flying fish @ 23:30, it fluttered around/among the seed-heads for a few seconds:
Apart from the new spider (tiny as yet) no-one seen overnight.
DAYCAM 04:05
This little guy was just here - it hopped about behind the grasses so these were the only decent views:
There was a new link a little while ago. Just now I thought it was looking rather fuzzy so I checked the YT setting and it was playing at 144p. Yes, 144p !!!
YT will reduce it back down when the quality of the cam output drops.
Oh heck, now look what's happened :(
OK, got the nest back.
G'night :)

Thank you ALISON-via-SHEILA for the lovely photos of our visitor yesterday
What's happened to our campost? It's not flat-topped any more - am I misremembering it, or have I missed an accident it suffered?

What a lovely capture, Birdie, and how interesting. It must have been put up when they reinstalled the cam. I wonder why. Have I missed a blog about it?
The more I think about it, the more I think it may have been because of Springwatch.
The cam was problematic for a while this morning, I'll show you for your amusement - these were in quickish succession when I was desperately refreshing/relinking:
The cam quality was shocking all day, consistently worse than I've seen it this season, apart from brief phases. Nighttime was much better* but still no-one called in :(
DAYCAM
*Maybe we should have it set to monochrome ;)
G'night!
