DAYCAM 03:55
We had a Stonechat !!!
It came back again and again to the same perch, this is one example:
And another:
Then it chose a different perch !!! Sensational ;)
One outage:
That's up to 14:25.
IMAGICAT
It's that time again:
I've just unveiled to see an osprey on the nest. Am I imagining things?
Only there for 4 minutes. She's not welcoming to the male who hover-descends and flies off. EDIT - I can't actually tell the gender of the first osprey, can't see a breast patch like we could the other day.
A few views of the nest from the time Scylla spotted the movement to now
As Scylla said the cam moved to check possible perches, first moving to the left
then to include the VC, to left
Then around to the right
Back to the long view of the nest
and adjusted
16.14 there must have been another look around...
Edit: there was another tour, about 50 minutes ago

Does this North American "Bridled Titmouse" remind you of anyone?

How strange you should post that - I saw one of these for the very first time on my trip to New Mexico in March. So much like our Crested Tit and just as entertaining!
