The season so far: Mrs G arrived back 25 March and Aran on 1 April. Mrs G laid 3 eggs 13, 16 and 19 April hatching 19, 21 and 24 May. Mrs G and Aran continue to work hard to raise their young and Aran is once more proving to be an excellent provider bringing in plenty of fish to feed his family.

Karen W said:Agree, what a fantastic video and I think it is lovely that the chicks are not removed but ringed in their nest causing minimal stress.
As with today's chicks at LotL, ringing on the nest takes less time too

Love the way Aran has been patiently sitting at the back of the nest waiting as his daughters had their fill of his latest fish delivery. Then Mrs G's turn with her back to him so she couldn't see him waiting! Eventually his patience was rewarded as Mrs G relinquished the fish.
