The season so far: Mrs G arrived back 25 March and Aran on 1 April. Mrs G laid 3 eggs 13, 16 and 19 April hatching 19, 21 and 24 May. Mrs G and Aran continue to work hard to raise their young and Aran is once more proving to be an excellent provider bringing in plenty of fish to feed his family.

A mini-blitz on Friday, 21 June
MrsG left the nest at this point and did not return for the rest of the night:
Until:
Sunshine !!!
She stayed with them until Aran arrived with fish, as reported by PATILY:
You can't see the breakfish because there's hardly any left by the time Aran finished with it!
Aran had been chilling on the perch for a while, at this stage he's gone but still no more fish:
About time too! Aran was mobbed !!!
MrsG got to eat after the chicks were full:
Still plenty left for a second helping:
Aran brought some more fish but was ignored, then a watchful period followed during which MrsG flew off, then MrsG fed the chicks from the first fish leftover.
Aran waiting:
MrsG brought in more sanitiser:
She looked alarmed:
Chick shifted a big stick :o
Nice whole fish at late tea-time:
I'm thinking there was a female would-be intruder around today, as it was MrsG who defended:
Aran was just an observer:
When he wasn't nodding off ;)
The cam kept looking around the area but I couldn't see anyone.
The drying-up oak leaves:
This'll be Aran fish from earlier:
Both chicks had a few bites but neither was very hungry:
Aran had come for some fish but left without, and MrsG fed #3 from one of two fishtails on the nest (the smaller one is under her talons):
MrsG, 2 chicks, 2 fishtails:
One second to midnight and MrsG is still with the chicks, tho she did move to the fence soon after:
