The season so far: Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. Maya laid 4 eggs 2, 5, 8 and 11 April hatching 11, 11, 13 and 17 May. Maya and 33 continue to work hard to raise their young and 33 is once more proving to be an excellent provider bringing in plenty of fish to feed his family.

Chick having a good flap shaking off the water while waiting their turn to be fed
The eldest chick has been fed and now #4 is being fed
after a bit #4 is full and the others line up and get fed
Off now ... hopefully a drier scene here tomorrow morning BFN
Morning Patily and ALL - good to see the rain has stopped but still looks damp as do the chicks.
According to the forecast, and I hope for once they have it right!, although cloudy it is to be dry here until 15:00.
Chicks are still very wet
Pity there is no warm sun this morning but hopefully they will dry quickly and enjoy a rest, for they had none all yesterday, before the rain returns later.
Not much happening here this morning.
The chicks have snoozed most of the morning having the odd preen and stretch. But who can blame them for they got no rest all yesterday.
FISH @ 15:27
Maya starts to feed.
the chicks all line up in front of her and Maya dishes out the fish
15:36 #4 turns away full.
15:38 Feed over - appears to have been a small fish or perhaps just a fish piece.
Sadly it now looks like the bad weather is arriving for Maya is now back on the nest and doing her best to cover the chicks
