The season so far: Maya arrived back 14 March and Blue 33(11) on 23 March. Maya laid 4 eggs 2, 5, 8 and 11 April hatching 11, 11, 13 and 17 May. Maya and 33 continue to work hard to raise their young and 33 is once more proving to be an excellent provider bringing in plenty of fish to feed his family.

33 has appeared looking for fish. Maya is having some just now but there is not much left.
33 flies off. I think he knows to go and catch another for his ever growing family :-)
Just checking their ages >>
Chicks #1 and #2 are now 25 days old
Chick #3 is 23 days old
Chick #4 is 20 days old
33 approaches with a stick
then mantling
Maya mantles too
Could not see anything about but 33 took off to chase
#4 had moved for some fish but it was finished with #3 getting the last and now with the fish tail
#3 dropped it and #4 picked it up
#4 still looking for fish and Maya has given it just a couple of dropped bits when clearing up
But no doubt 33 will be in with another fish soon.
An alarm call from Maya and 33 comes flying in
gets himself down in the nest mantling and screeching
within a minute, threat passes and 33 clams down
FISH @ 10:48
Maya grabs it
10:52 #3, #1 and #4 line up
cam down
10:54 #2 remains in the background having some little flaps
10:56 something has disturbed the feed as all the chicks get to the sides and are looking up. 33 lands and mantling
10:58 33 flies off and Maya starts feeding #4
11:00 #1 joins #4 and both get fish
11:03 #1 turns away leaving #4 getting a really good tuck
11:05 33 lands with a large clump of solid soil/straw.
11:07 33 has flown and Maya is still feeding #4.
11:11 #4 is still eating :-)
11: 13 #2 now gets fed after 4 turns away, full to bursting point, and joins it siblings
11:14 #1 joins #2 and Maya feeds the older chicks.
33 is on form this morning .... another FISH @11:56
33 just drops it off and flies off. #3, #2 and #4 line up and #1 remains at the front looking out
12:02 #3 turns away and joins #1 at the front of the nest leaving #2 and #4 getting more
12:05 #2 has now turned away leaving #4 getting a little more
12:07 #2 returns for seconds and is fed along with #4 but soon #4 has had enough and moves away
#2 continues to be fed but at least the younger chicks, as well as the older ones, have been really well fed this morning.
Unfortunately the cam keeps freezing and I can't keep refreshing so I'm off for a bit now and hopefully it will have sorted itself by evening. SYL

Unfortunately the cam keeps freezing...
I see that PATILY was getting "bad gateway" too.
Well, I can't get any sign of the cams, just "The connection has timed out". I've rebooted the laptop, gone back and clicked on the cams from the home page, no dice.
